Return & After-Sales Policy — VH TOY

Please read carefully before placing your order.


What is a Blind Box?

A "blind box" means the exact product you receive will be randomly packed and unknown until opened. We cannot guarantee that a customer will receive a specific item or the secret edition.

By purchasing blind boxes, you acknowledge and accept the random nature of the product. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for blind box items due to a change of mind.


Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including changes of mind.

If a product is found to have a verified quality issue, we may issue a store credit (voucher) equivalent to the value of the affected item. No physical replacements will be provided.


After-Sales Service Guidelines

1. Customer Service Scope

After-sales service is only available for orders placed directly through VHTOY.NET. For distributor purchases, please contact the original seller.

2. Application Period

Claims must be made within 15 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos or an unboxing video.

3. Situations Not Covered

  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges for personal reasons, such as “don’t want it” or “don’t like it.”

  • Blind box items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened, except in cases of verified quality issues.

4. Quality Issue Compensation

If your item has a confirmed quality defect, you will receive a store coupon equal to the item's purchase value. We do not issue refunds or physical replacements.

5. After-Sales Categories

Type 1: Regular Blind Box

  • Minor imperfections such as uneven paint, small scratches, or slight marks are normal and not eligible for compensation.

  • Serious defects, once verified, will be compensated with a store coupon.

  • If the included identity card is incorrect, we may issue a digital replacement.

Type 2: Limited Edition Products

  • Follow the event-specific or product-specific notice for eligibility.

Type 3: Art Toy Accessories

  • Includes items such as chargers, lights, bottles, and phone cases.

  • If verified quality issues occur, we may issue a voucher. Return shipping is not applicable.

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos or unboxing video showing the issue


Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any reason.

  • Verified claims will only be compensated via store credit vouchers.

  • For customs or tax refusal returns, all fees will be deducted and no further compensation will be provided.


Store Credit Timeline

Approved store credits will be issued within 5–10 business days after verification.
